Visit from the Maekers

Our good friends Christy and Stephen from Texas were nice enough to invite us to join them last Sunday evening while enjoying their getaway to the Boulders Resort in Scottsdale.  We had a great dinner at the Spotted Donkey. 

1st Day of School for Madi & Julia 2012-13

Julia started 6th grade at Fees College Preparatory Middle School and Madison is in 8th grade at Connolly Middle School.  Both girls were so excited after their first day of school.  Madi is in all honors classes and orchestra (viola) and Julia is on the Honors Team and in the band.  Madi will try out for volleyball and Julia will hopefully be running cross country in the fall.
